ColumbiaBased, Guatemara and Blazil origin beans blended. Adding medium-roast green beans, a cup gains flavorful, rich body.
【Impression】 Moderate, well balanced mild coffee. Richer and more flavor for roasting grade. Mille-feuille like layer of different flavors, sweetness, light bitterness and tint of sourness, harmonize to develop richness in body. Wonderful morning cup, but less impact as OLD COFFEE. For light-taste coffee, such as Peru, lovers, this cup will bring different impression and might stimulate curiosity for old beans. If you have certain expectation to tour Aged/OLD Coffee World, I recommend to pick something else rather than this blend coffee. To be honest, there is nothing can be comapred with coffees at Cafe de L'ambre...I believe, although, as this empty bag shows, this beans were gone quickly enough to prove how good they were :)
