Daichi Do

Boulangerie in Shiga pref.
They bake bread with Spelt grown by their own farm.

Front is Dinkel, Spelt, Breads, which had strong and rich taste.
Back is cookies with coconuts.

Price at Daichi-do is rather high even with their effort in all process,
but I still think it worth to visit if you have a chance.
