Clear, fine, light touch coffee with well balanced flavor.
This farm has been providing amazingly stable quality of coffee beans since the first time I had their cup. Mild but sensitive flavor with medium body, well balanced sourness, body, and aroma.
Referring to my knowledge of Recanto Estate, this estate is RA, Rain Forest Alliance, certified and is fully engaged in eco farming, conservation of ecosystems, developing recycling process throughout production. Workers are educated to be eco conscious, motivated to participate in environmental protection as well as farming skills.
