Combination of smooth, light sweetness and sourness, brings picture of the woods and birdsong in morning haze, followed by sweet aftertaste and flavor.
Art of blending: well-balanced and harmonized. Medium body, round texture with clear flavor. High-tone and light touch sourness like grapefruits supported with smoky bitterness and nutty sweetness, sourness as long lasting aftertaste.
This coffee was selected by a roaster, owner of Tarukoya, in a responce for a request following: "The best for morning cup without Mocha like sourness." Considering Tarukoya basically offers bitter/dark roast coffees, it is understandable that Toa blend is categorized as Light taste.
